Colloquium hotels Although Singapore offers a wide range of hotels to suit most budgets, the hotels within close walking distance (5-15 mins) of Suntec Convention Centre tend to be 4-Star or 5-Star. The Colloquium Secretariat has negotiated preferential rates with three of these hotels (Mandarin Oriental, Pan Pacific and Carlton). Further from Suntec, one 3-Star hotel (Bayview) and one budget hotel (Oxford) have also been secured at preferential rates. The rates below are available only for reservations made through the Colloquium Secretariat. To make your reservation, you may check out the hotels listing and download the Hotel Booking Form. Upon completion of your reservation form, email or fax the form to the Colloquium Secretariat and you will receive a room confirmation notice within 2 working days. All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card number. Room rates indicated are quoted in Singapore Dollars per room/night and are subject to 10% service charge and 7% Goods & Services Tax. For your convenience, the calculation of the total room charge should be multiplied by 1.17 to obtain the all inclusive rates. Breakfast and other amenities are only included where specified.

Other things you need to know For hotels marked , a daily two-way shuttle bus will be provided to the venue. The timings for the shuttle bus will be provided upon your arrival at the hotel. Hotel rooms are generally available for guest check-in after 14:00h. Check-out time is 12:00h noon. All reservations must be guaranteed by a non-refundable one night room rate by use of major credit cards or advance deposit. Room cancellation received with less than 14 days notice or no-show on the day of expected arrival is subject to one night room charge for each cancelled/no-show room.
